These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Affiliate Checkers (the "Service") operated by GetUsLive Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor(s), not by us. We do not receive or retain full card numbers for storage on our systems.

We may store transaction-related records (for example invoices, subscription status, and billing metadata) associated with your account or email address as described in our Privacy Policy. Limited records may be retained where required for legitimate business operations or applicable records obligations.

We reserve the right to modify the Service and subscription offerings, including plan names, features, limits, entitlements, and pricing, and to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary for operational, security, fraud-prevention, commercial, legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons, without liability to you except as prohibited by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or obtain consent as appropriate. Otherwise, updates may take effect according to notices we publish (including on our website or in-product) or when we prompt you to accept updated Terms. Fees already paid for your current billing period are non-refundable solely because we adjusted plans, features, or pricing during that period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for that ongoing billing cycle on that basis alone, except where refunds are required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us in writing.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems beyond reasonable use, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

You remain responsible for URLs you monitor and how you use alerts or integrations.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated monitoring may produce false positives or false negatives; you remain responsible for verifying outcomes important to your business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will increase the published Terms version number and may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.

Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
