This Privacy Policy describes how GetUsLive Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Affiliate Checkers (the "Service"). It applies when you visit our marketing pages, sign in, or use dashboard features.

Information we collect
Account information. When you authenticate (for example via Google sign-in), we receive identifiers, email address, name, and profile image URL as provided by your identity provider.
Content you provide. URLs you monitor, labels, alert preferences, uploaded images used for previews where applicable, optional public profile fields, and similar inputs.
Technical data. Logs and diagnostics such as IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, and cookies or similar technologies needed for sessions and security.
Communications. Messages you send to support or transactional emails related to your account.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Service, authenticate users, perform monitoring checks you request, deliver alerts and billing notices, detect abuse and fraud, comply with law, and communicate about updates.
Public profile content you publish is displayed according to your settings. You are responsible for links, images, and other materials shown on your public page.
Payments
Payment card details are handled exclusively by our payment processor(s). We do not store your full card details on our systems.
We receive limited billing signals from our processor (for example subscription status and transaction identifiers) so we can provide access and receipts.
We may retain transaction-related details tied to your account email address for bookkeeping and safekeeping of records where permitted by law (including obligations applicable to commerce and taxation).
Sharing
We share information with vendors who provide hosting, email delivery, analytics (where used), payments, and similar infrastructure, bound by contractual safeguards appropriate to their role.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users or the Service.
Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here and not beyond the timelines tied to account deletion described below, unless a longer period is required by law.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within the timeframe stated in our account deletion flow and internal retention schedule, except where limited retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Beyond those exceptions we do not keep personal data longer than needed after account deletion. Aggregated or de-identified data may persist.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our vendors operate.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will increase the published Privacy version number and may prompt you to accept the updated policy before continuing to use the Service.
Material changes will be reflected in the updated policy text and version.
